By Deborah Fulsang 30 DAYS OF FALL FRAGRANCE: MAPLE SYRUP…
Writer and editor Ashley Kowalewski shares her #TWTRspritz for fall. It’s a classic—Chloé Eau de Parfum.
Like so many people that I know, fall always signals a fresh start and a back-to-basics approach to my life. For me, a scent that perfectly captures this notion is Chloé Eau de Parfum.
I’m a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to my fragrance tastes, gravitating towards sunnier, juicier scents in the summer and warmer, cozier scents in the winter, but my fall fragrance choice is something crisp and classic, just like the new jeans I treat myself to every September (old habits die hard). To me, Chloé is simple and elegant, but still has a bit of that cool-girl vibe that I try so hard to channel as the season of fashion revs up. While I normally rotate through several scents depending on the day, Chloé becomes a closet staple, just like my jeans.
Top notes: lychee, freesia, peony
Middle notes: magnolia, lily-of-the-valley, rose
Base notes: cedar, amber
